The brief called for an extension to the clients' existing 1930's bungalow which would take full advantage of their mature garden and enlarge the existing Kitchen into a Kitchen/Dining Room with an external seating area. Currently under construction the pavilion form of the extension is to be clad in timber and will feature sliding folding doors which open the room onto the garden.
